Job description
1. Sales Management
- Manage the sales team, being in charge of intermediaries (Brokers, Agents) and direct Non-Japanese clients.
- Develop all business lines of the Company.
- Develop and implement sales promotion campaigns.
- Monitor policy renewals, assess product performance, and report client feedback.
- Maintain and expand relationships with brokers, agents, and potential partners to support business development.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, guidelines, and authority levels.
- Collaborate with internal departments to maintain and enhance the Company’s reputation, standards, and business processes.
2. Customer Servicing
- Ensure high-quality after-sales services, including presentations, safety training & risk survey program, gifts & entertainment policy, discount rating scheme, etc.
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients, brokers, and business partners.
3. Product & Business Development
- Monitor market trends, analyze product portfolio, and propose business strategies.
- Participate in new product development and new business activities.
- Prepare marketing materials and implement client engagement strategies.
4 Team Management
- Oversee recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and team development.
Job requirements
- At least 3 years of management experience in the Non-life insurance industry.
- Fluent in English. Proficient in MS Office.
- Leadership & Team management; Presentation & Negotiation; Analytical & Strategic thinking skills.

- Working location:
Ho Chi Minh Branch Office, 14th Floor, Lim Tower 3, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC
- Working time:
+ Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 17:00 or 8:30 – 17:30
+ Work from home: 1 day/ week
- Pantry room equipped with Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee machine, Yogurt, Tea & Coffee
- Transportation by company car & taxi for outside assignments.
- Motorbike parking: In the same building (company-registered).
