Warehouse Quality Control (Working At Long Hau Industrial Park)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Inspect and oversee the quality of inbound and outbound products to ensure compliance with company standards

• Develop and implement inspection criteria and conduct statistical analysis of inspection results.

• Manage all aspects of Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA), applying statistical methods to maintain quality compliance.

• Identify potential risks, propose corrective actions, and escalate critical issues to management in a timely manner.

• Oversee and coordinate internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Supervise maintenance schedules for systems, facilities, and related equipment to support operational efficiency.

• Lead and execute projects related to planning, process optimization, and performance improvement to enhance warehouse productivity.

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Occupational Safety, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in quality and safety management, preferably in the household products industry.

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and safety regulations.

• Hands-on experience with quality and safety procedures, compliance principles, and employee engagement.

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel and SAP.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Local Candidate is preferred.
