Job description
• Handling all job as one-stop service teller: Opening Account, Deposit, Inward & Outward Remittance, Credit Card, Internet banking support VIP customer
• Participate all types of banking products introduction such work with Relationsip Manager for loan increament
• Report all overall tasks and quality of work & business:
• Double check daily transaction and support other staff to fulfil their duties
• Check, verify and approve daily transaction in system
• Check and reconcile transaction history reported by staff and give instructions to solve surplus and shortage of money
• Cooperate with other departments to process transaction smoothly
• Report to manager any concerns during performance
• Represent the bank to contact/ consult customers relating to above mentioned services and other assigned activities of marketing
Job requirements
• University graduates (major in Banking, Economics, Foreign Trade, Finance and Accounting);
• Prefer at least 4 years working experience in teller job
• Sound knowledge of relevant Vietnamese Regulations
• Good understanding of local law on foreign exchange control and investment
• Be able to perform and maintain best customer satisfaction
• Previous cash handling experience would be preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good proficiency in English (Speaking & Writing)
• Customer service and well work in team with high responsibility
