Vehicle Attribute Testing Engineer

• Develop and execute testing protocols to assess vehicle attributes, including but not limited to:

HVAC Testing

Drivability Testing

Efficiency and Range Testing

Thermal and Performance Testing

NVH Testing (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness)

Corrosion/Environmental Testing

Safety and Homologation Testing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical targets and testing requirements, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

• Set up and operate testing equipment, collect and analyze data from tests, and provide insights and evaluations.

• Prepare test reports with detailed data analysis, identifying issues, and proposing solutions to optimize product quality and performance.

• Contribute to test procedure development, enhancing tools and methods to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.

• Oversee and support the testing process, ensuring consistency and compliance with established procedures and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in vehicle attribute testing or a related testing field.

• Strong knowledge of automotive testing processes and standards.

• Proficiency in data analysis and experience with technical software such as MATLAB, Python, or similar tools.

• Teamwork and communication skills, particularly in a multicultural environment.

• English proficiency for communication is an advantage.
