UI UX Designer

Job Description:

As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual interface of our digital products. You will collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design seamless user interfaces that align with our business goals and brand identity. Your knowledge of front-end development will allow you to effectively bridge the gap between design and development, ensuring the final product is both visually appealing and functionally robust. Your expertise in front-end development will also allow you to create immersive user experiences, while your creative skills will be used to design eye-catching social media posts, banners, and promotional material.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement innovative UI/UX solutions for web and mobile applications.

- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.

- Design social media creatives, banners, and promotional material to align with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.

- Design responsive, mobile-first interfaces that ensure consistent user experience across all devices.

- Work closely with the development team to ensure design feasibility and optimize user interaction.

- Utilize front-end development skills (WordPress, Elementor, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ...) to assist in building and customizing web interfaces as needed.

- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final deliverables.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD or Figma.

- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and usability.

- Experience designing for responsive and mobile-first environments.

- Familiarity with WordPress and page builders like Elementor.

- Ability to design social media creatives, banners, and other marketing assets.

- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; ability to collaborate effectively with developers is a plus.

- Experience with 3D design tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or 3ds Max is a plus.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Fluent in English

Preferred Skills (Advantage):

- Experience in front-end development, particularly with WordPress and Elementor.

- Basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to assist with web development tasks.

- Understanding of web performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility.

- 3D modeling and rendering experience, including the ability to incorporate 3D assets into web interfaces.

- Experience with design for social media platforms, including knowledge of design dimensions and trends for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
