Trade Marketing Executive (TOFT)
Job description
JOB SUMMARY
At the heart of this role is play in driving channel development, category management, and digitalized trade solutions execution.
Key responsibilities include synchronizing consumer strategies with channel strategies, accelebrating at home consumption demand, implementing visual merchandising, and supporting the brand’s growth in tradditional off-trade market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Channel activation/ Animation & Visibility:
• Based on the channel strategy, commercial planning, and assigned budget, leverage brand target audience/ channel insights to amplify brand message to ensure excellence on the Brand activation and Category demand creation at outlet level.
• Create and implement channel development strategy and category management in areas of visibility, trade program and channel activation ensuring strong brand and category demand creation at Point-of-Purchase.
• Drive digitalized trade solutions execution.
• Develop and execute trade program to accelerate home consumption.
• Collaborate with sale team/regional trade MKT to execute and mornitoring trade activity.
• Drive Point-Of-Sale effectiveness targets and deliver a strong ROI % on all spend.
2. Category Management:
• Source and analyse category insights and information in order to provide key accounts well developed category management consultation to include range optimization, visibility and display guidance.
3. Business Information & Intelligence:
• Contribute to lead business environment watch, distribution channels and customer trends monitoring, customers / consumer insights from the field to ensure PRVN offer's continuous alignment with market needs.
4. Budgeting & Control:
• Formulate operational plan for Channel Marketing with key activities and detailed budgets for the annual Budget Plan, track budgets, to ensure alignment with strategic guidelines and trade A&P efficiency without overspending by channel/ by region.
• Lead budget spending tracking, contracts & payments follow up.
Job requirements
Education & Experience
• Bachelors/ Master Degree in marketing, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years in Trade Marketing, Sales, Marketing at the equivalent position.
• Experience of work in Category management experience with major tradditional off trade.
• Creative thinking, open-minded and enthusiasm in berverage industry.

• Fluency in English, computer literacy.

• Understanding of the concept of Sales and MKT in alcoholic business or related field.
• Excellent and effective communication, presentation, problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills.

• Love to socialize, teamwork.
Business Understanding:
• Comprehensive understanding of consumer behavior, customer and category management.
• Comprehensive understanding of route to market and tradditional trade channel operation.
