Temporary Trade Finance Operation Staff (8 – month Labor contract, Welcome New Graduates to Apply)

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for smooth processing of Trade Finance transactions as assigned by the Team leader or Department Head. Demonstrate high level of accuracy and understanding levels of the transactions. Assist Team leader / Department Head in overall activities of the team. Responsible for preparing and sharing various report required for the department. Coordinate with releated Department for smooth conduct of transactions

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

In charge of process daily operation including but not limieted to all types of trade finance transaction bellow as per procedures:

• Import-Export bill documentary with and without L/C.

• Export L/C & amendment advise, confirmation.

• Import L/C issuance and amendment.

• Guarantee, SBLC

• Other tasks assigned by Department Head.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

• University graduate in relevant fields (banking, finance, foreign trade, economics).

• Basic knowledge Letter of Credit, Collection, Guarantee.

• Sound knowledge of ICC requirements latest version (including UCP, ISBP, URC)

• Be careful, have the team-work spirit.

• Strong PC skills (MS Office) and Good English
