Supply Chain Manager_English command

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the entire supply chain process to achieve departmental and organizational objectives. This role involves strategic oversight, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams, and fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that maximize trade marketing value, drive revenue growth, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Program Management: Oversee annual supply chain programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective execution of initiatives.

• Procurement Excellence: Lead key sourcing activities, manage purchase orders, and maintain pricing accuracy to optimize supply chain performance.

• Inventory Optimization: Ensure optimal inventory levels across the supply chain, including raw materials and capital expenditures.

• Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments for new products and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements in collaboration with QA/QC teams.

• Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring consistent supply availability and efficient production timelines.

• Performance Reporting: Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement, inventory, and supplier performance.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance; MBA preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in management roles within Supply Chain.
