Strategic Planning Intern

- Market Research: Assist in gathering and analyzing industry trends, competitor information, and market data to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.

- Data Analysis: Help in compiling and analyzing business performance data, including financial reports, sales figures, and operational metrics.

- Strategy Development Support: Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives

by preparing presentations, reports, and other materials for leadership discussions.

- Project Management Assistance: Support the execution of key strategic projects, tracking

progress, deadlines, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Internal Communication: Assist in coordinating meetings, presentations, and communications

between departments involved in strategic planning processes.

- Documentation: Maintain and organize strategic planning documents, reports, and meeting notes

to ensure accuracy and accessibility for team members.

- Competitive Analysis: Monitor and summarize competitor strategies, offerings, and market

positioning to help guide internal strategic decisions.

- Ad hoc Projects: Assist with various strategic planning tasks as needed by the team, including

preparing presentations, surveys, or conducting in-depth research.

- Final-year or recent graduate in civil engineering or economics

- Knowledge of basic business strategy concepts is a plus

- Proficient in English

- Proficient in using software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Mind Map)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
