Strategic Growth Lead (Trade Marketing)

Role Purpose:

The Strategic Growth Lead role will drive sustainable growth through data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives. This role is a vital part of the leadership team, focusing on market research, menu and pricing optimization, and trade promotions management to fuel the company's long-term success. You will be a strategic thinker passionate about uncovering growth opportunities and translating insights into action plans that fuel the company’s long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Data Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer behavior, the competitive landscape, and industry trends;

- Analyze customer data to identify growth opportunities and provide insights that inform business strategies;

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate market insights into actionable growth plans.

• Menu & Pricing Optimization:

- Lead the optimization of menu offerings based on customer preferences, sales data, and market demand;

- Develop pricing strategies that balance customer value with profitability goals;

- Continuously monitor market trends and competitors’ pricing to ensure the company remains competitive.

• Trade Promotions Management: Manage and execute trade promotions and partnerships, including collaborations with key brands (e.g., Pepsi), to enhance customer engagement and drive sales;

- Measure the effectiveness of promotions and partnerships, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with the company’s growth objectives;

- Identify new partnership opportunities to drive brand presence and revenue growth further.

Professional Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• Must have at least four years of experience in Trade Marketing within the QSR or retail industry

• Have a good experience in menu management, pricing optimization, and trade promotions

• Competence in using data analyst tools.
