Job description
I.JOB PURPOSES:
To work closely with developers, architects, and designers to specify our products and solutions (focus on Waterproofing) as the preferred choice for their construction projects. Understand customers and project’s requirements and provide technical expertise to ensure our offerings meet the needs of each project, both technical and commercial aspects.
II. FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:
1. Build and extend the close relationship with key account customers
• Understand assigned key account by surveying and approaching them.
• Organize seminar to raise awareness and consult our solution to customers.
• To promote Company’s products and systems, solutions by regularly visiting key customers (based on Company guidelines and customer classification)
2. To be responsible for the technical specification management for all projects .
• Answer customers’ technical queries in coordination with the Technical Support function.
• Work collaboratively with relevant parties to ensure maximum technical and commercial advantages can be gained from the commitment of technical resource and project specification.
• Coordinate with sales team to secure the wining rate of projects that specified by Saint Gobain solution
3. Tailor; offer the right value solutions to key customers to win key projects by all SGVN solutions.
• Have deeply technical knowledge and commercial negotiation skills
• Knowledge of acoustic, fire, structural, finishing theories and construction chemical with ability explain the principles to others very well.
• Ability to read and understand the detailed performance specification to meet standards or requirements
• Consistently applied project selection methodology to align with the appropriate projects and contractors for dry wall penetration.
• Have deeply knowledge the traditional solutions both their strong points and weak points to point out them to customers aim to convert the SG value solutions.
4. To adhere to Company reporting procedure/commercial admin systems, offering appropriate feedback and information. Typical activities include:
• To regularly update the project tracking system on a daily basis
• To update the market activities including the competitors
5. Result focus
• EHS
• Top packages and projects specified, focus on Waterproofing
• Key Accounts, including Developers and Architects
• Conduct Pre-sales for mass market
• Achievement of sales contribution and conversion rate
• High value added product
6. Customer Focus: Apply to the Customer Intimacy value
7. Team Work
• Working with team members, sales team and technical team to propose and secure specification to project
• Coordinate with Marketing, Plant, R&D to carry out the marketing activities for contractors/architect/owners and develop unique solutions/product for effective specification
Job requirements
1. Education: Technical bachelor is must
2. Experience:
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the same position
• Have experience on Waterproofing and Construction Chemical is an advantage.
3. Communication & Presentation skill:
• Excellent in presentation skill to easily communicate with audiences in Vietnamese and English
• Very good presentation
4. Computer Microsoft office skill: Word, Excel, and Powerpoint are compulsory required.
5. Other Accountability:
• Show strong sense of ownership to drive business beyond its potential.
• Self-motivation and be accountable for own actions.
• Able to work under high pressure and flexible business environment.
6. Language skill: Excellent in speaking and writing in both Vietnamese and English
