WHAT IS “FRESH MINDS”?

Sony Fresh Minds Program invites young and vibrant graduates into Sony’s workforce enabling fresh ideas and creativities to be entrenched throughout a mutual journey of success.

Successful candidates shall go through a 12-month mentorship program starting from April 2025 to March 2026 which will bring you through a journey of developing career skills including retailing, marketing, sales, finance, etc. in Sony Electronics Vietnam.

Sales, Marketing, Retail Marketing, D2C and Finance.

SELECTION PROCESS

• Round 1: Application

• Round 2: Online Test

• Round 3: HR Interview

• Round 4: Assessment Center

• Round 5: Panel Interview (Case Study & Presentation)

• Onboarding: April 2025

Working location: 93 Nguyen Du, Ben Nghe ward, district 1, HCMC

Working time: 9:00 AM - 6:15 PM, Mon-Fri

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

1. Education Background

• Fresh graduates or less than 1 year of work experience

• GPA above 7.5/10 or 2.5/4

• Major in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, English, Accounting, Finance…

• Good command of English

2. Essential Skills & Personality Requirements

• High self-awareness

• Ability to adapt quickly and work under high pressure

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Have a progressive and innovative spirit to take on challenges and pursue perfection

• Passionate about consumer electronics industry is a plus
