Senior UX/UI Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong design mindset, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently. This role requires someone who can deliver user-centered designs that are functional, scalable, and aligned with US industry standards for web and app design.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute UX/UI solutions for client websites, responsive tablet and mobile interfaces, and mobile applications, ensuring seamless user experiences across all devices.

• Adapt quickly to US-standardized web and mobile app design, creating designs that align with best practices and meet client expectations.

• Collaborate with the IT department to create designs that are implementable and optimized for WordPress, using WordPress development tools effectively.

• Leverage knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other relevant coding languages to enhance design functionality and streamline the handover to developers.

• Balance multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising design quality.

• Design user experiences and interfaces that adhere to standardized US design aesthetics, focusing on intuitive navigation, accessibility, and user satisfaction.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in web design, mobile app UX/UI, and responsive interfaces.

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and other relevant coding languages.

• Familiarity with WordPress development tools and the ability to design UX/UI solutions tailored to WordPress platforms.

• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.

• Independent thinker with the ability to take initiative and work with minimal guidance.

• Strong adaptability to create designs that align with US market standards and aesthetics.

• Experience in creating scalable design systems and mass-design approaches for high-volume web and mobile design projects.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
