Job description
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Maintain daily contact with customers / carriers to respond to their issues and problems to maintain a positive customer relationship.
• Identify revenue opportunities and develop appropriate measures to exploit these opportunities in all relevant segments.
• Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
• Strategic understanding of corporate concerns, ability to assess problems from several perspectives and personal victories that spur change.
• Keep an open mind to new ideas and ways of conducting business while focusing on the company’s goals and business plan.
Job requirements
• 2 years of experience in the Cargo industry is a must
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local language is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor other team members.
