Senior Product Manager (Sorting/ Transportation)

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Roadmap

Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for sorting and transportation systems to align with GHN's business objectives.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Product Development and Management

Partner with engineering and operations teams to design and implement solutions for sorting and transportation challenges.

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of sorting and transportation products, including requirement gathering, prioritisation, and deployment.

Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance and implement enhancements based on feedback and analytics.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with operations teams to identify pain points and requirements.

Coordinate with data analytics teams to leverage insights for process optimization.

Collaborate with external partners (e.g., vendors and service providers) to enhance transportation solutions.

Process Optimization

Develop and implement scalable solutions to improve sorting accuracy and transportation efficiency.

Explore automation and technology advancements to enhance sorting and delivery processes.

Monitor KPIs such as sorting accuracy, transportation costs, and on-time delivery rates, and recommend data-driven improvements.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries.

Proven track record of successfully managing products from ideation to execution.

Experience in process optimization, logistics technology, or transportation management is highly desirable.

Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent project management and organizational abilities.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Tableau).

Familiarity with agile development practices.
