POSITION PURPOSE
The Senior Officer, Student Recruitment (International Foundation Programme (IFP) Sales) will drive the recruitment strategy for BUV’s unique International Foundation Programme (IFP) by sourcing and engaging prospective students through recruitment strategies, networking, and effective sales consultations. The IFP is a one-year University of London (UoL) pathway programme that gives successful students guaranteed access to UoL programmes offered through BUV, as well as being highly recognised by many other presitigious universities worldwide.
This role requires building relationships with high-schools and educational institutions to enhance lead generation and conversion into enrolments. The successful candidate will support recruitment events and collaborate with various other BUV teams to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment process. By continuously improving sales processes and leveraging market insights, the Senior Officer will contribute to BUV’s growth and reputation as a premier educational institution.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Essential
• A personality and character that relishes a challenge, with proven innovative and creative problem solving skills needed to succeed and achive targets.
• Ability to work self-driven and as part of a team with passion and determination.
• Sales experience or a proven track record of relevant work experiences demonstrating student recruitment and/or sales ability.
• Ability and passion to create new ideas and strategies for marketing pathway programmes.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategies.
• Excellent consulting and presentation skills, with a strong sales aptitude, customer focus and ability for relationship building.
• Ability to build relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and high schools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Desirable
• Study or working background from international schools in Vietnam or overseas
• Experience in working with professional database management/CRM systems is an advantage
• Understanding of Education: Familiarity with high school level education and the Vietnamese education landscape is a significant advantage.
