Senior Marketing Executive
Job description
The Senior Marketing Executive will drive brand recognition, audience engagement, and content strategy for Mathpresso’s Math Teacher, Ngọc Huyền Lovebook. This role requires senior-level expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and trend analysis, ensuring the brand's consistent and engaging presence across multiple social media channels.
1. Market and Trend Analysis
- Conduct thorough research on the educational market, content trends, competitor strategies, and platform algorithms (especially TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook).
- Identify new opportunities for brand engagement and assess emerging content trends to ensure Ngọc Huyền LB remains a standout figure in educational social media spaces.
2. Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly content plans for specific campaigns related to math education, focusing on engaging and educational content.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and creative content ideas tailored for Ngọc Huyền LB’s audience.
- Create detailed content calendars and campaign concepts that align with Mathpresso’s brand values and marketing objectives.
3. Content Creation & Execution
- Write, edit, and script engaging video content, tailored to short-form platforms (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) and Facebook.
- Collaborate closely with designers and video editors to produce polished, visually appealing content.
- Oversee the end-to-end production of all content, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
4. Campaign Performance & Optimization
- Monitor, measure, and analyze content performance, making adjustments to improve engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
- Provide strategic recommendations to optimize future campaigns based on data-driven insights and periodic analysis reports.
- Ensure that all content aligns with the brand’s tone and style, while maximizing its effectiveness across platforms.
5. Brand Development & Engagement
- Increase brand recognition and audience interaction for Ngọc Huyền LB through innovative and creative content that highlights her teaching expertise.
- Engage proactively with the online community to foster a strong, supportive audience around the brand.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media.
Passionate about the communications industry, creative, and interested in brand building and marketing campaigns.
- Ability to write content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
- Basic skills in using applications like Capcut and Canva.
- Proactively monitor work progress, thoroughly understand product information, and program materials.
- Continuously update content trends and marketing trends on social media platforms.
- Work seriously, be ambitious, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
