We are looking for a candidate for Senior L&OD Manager, located in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
JOB PURPOSES:
Senior L&OD Manager will directly report to Strategic HR Transformation Advisor who spearhead the Learning & Organizational Development team to help the organization unlock the full potential of our workforce, make capabilities become our competitive edge to win in local and regional markets.
You are responsible for leading the Talent Management, Organization Development, Learning & Development, Culture and Engagement functions across the company and territories, with the focus on supporting our strategic transformation into the journey of value creation to regional level and tech-enabled business. This position requires a forward-thinking and dynamic leader who can drive change, promote a high-performance culture, and foster engagement across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITY
Design & Strategy
• Understand business, HR strategies and organization challenges of all BUs I Functions and enable to develop an integrated strategic TM, L&OD plan to support business through core TM, L&OD activities, operations, project management (e.g. succession plan, talent strategy, culture transformation, organization transformation, digital transformation, M&A, etc.).
• Drive all assigned HR KPIs & metrics to deliver short/ medium/ & long-term strategies.
Talent Management
• Design & Strategy: Develop and implement talent management strategies to identify, develop, and retain top talents. Create a pipeline for key leadership roles.
• Succession Planning: Lead the design and execution of robust succession planning processes aligned with the company’s growth and transformation strategy.
• Talent Reviews: Conduct regular talent reviews to assess leadership and employee potential, skill gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Performance Management: Build and manage end to end PMP effectively to drive winning performance culture across the organization includes SMART goal setting, goal alignment, goal cascading, feedback culture for mid-year, and year-end review. Innovative to embed coaching and Performance Improvement Process to transform performance in the organization.
Organizational Development
• Transformation Leadership: Lead organization-wide development initiatives that support our regional, new industry expansion and shift towards a tech-enabled organization.
• Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure the successful implementation of transformation projects.
• Organizational Design: Partner with senior leadership to design and implement optional organizational structures that drive efficiency, scalability, and agility.
Learning & Development
• Learning Strategy: Analyse data from performance management vs. skill gaps to design and implement a cutting-edge learning strategy and initiatives that builds the skills and capabilities required for future business growth, with an emphasis on digital learning and tech enablement.
• Leadership Development: Lead programs focused on developing leadership competencies, from potential leaders to senior executives.
• Continuous Learning Culture: Foster a culture of continuous learning by developing innovative learning programs that support professional development and align with the company’s growth strategy. Able to leverage blended learning platforms, channels to promote the life-long learning culture.
Culture & Engagement:
• Culture Development: Champion initiatives to strengthen the company’s culture as we transition towards to regional and tech-driven organization, ensuring it remains aligned with our values and mission. Build culture and engagement as one of the top EVP at Talentnet to attract and retain talents.
• Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives that promote high levels of motivation, commitment, job satisfaction, and overall employee well-being.
• Internal Communication: Oversee internal communication strategies that foster transparency, culture, engagement, HR policies, ethics, compliance and alignment across the organization.
Financial Management:
• Plan and manage total L&OD budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximize the investment to ensure all L&OD activities bring added values and ROI to business and company value.
• Monitor financial performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
Team Leadership & Development:
• Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate with other senior leaders to drive strategic direction of the company, particularly in aligning people strategies with business objectives.
• External Partnership: Build relationships with external vendors, industry experts, and thought leaders to leverage best practices in L&OD.
• Lead, mentor, motivate the L&OD team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.
• Set clear objectives, performance metrics, and regular feedback mechanisms.
• Foster a high-performance culture within the team through coaching, training, and professional development initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or certification in L&D/ OD is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in L&OD, Talent Management, or HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience working in a regional or tech-driven organization is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale organizational, culture, digital transformations in MNC/big local companies. Strong change management and strategic thinking skills
• Demonstrates high emotional intelligence (EQ) in the leadership style.
• Build strong relationships, navigate complex interpersonal dynamics, and lead with compassion and integrity.
• Fosters trust, collaboration, and a positive organizational culture, enabling them to effectively guide and support their team.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to select smart initiatives to win the transformation.
• Proficient in using multi learning solutions, HR software and organization analytics tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.
• Results-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
• The ideal candidate possesses a growth mindset, demonstrating a proactive approach to learning and improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management, project management, Operations management, business acumen and problem solving & decision making
• Business acumen and Industry knowledge skills
• Ability to lead, inspire, and transform; self-growth and development of others; excellent and innovative execution; delegation and empowerment; motivation and engagement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities in English & Vietnamese
• Fully proficient with MS office.
