About the role

As a Senior Investment Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the Group’s fund-raising process across a wide range of sectors. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis, market research, running due diligence process and negotiation as part of a full-suite M&A practices of the Group.

Responsibilities

- Conduct market analysis and industry research to identify emerging trends and investment themes in the sectors that Tasco represents.

- Develop comprehensive financial models and valuations for potential investment opportunities.

- Assist in the development of investment memos and presentations for senior management and investment committees.

- Analyze and monitor the efficacy of current investments.

- Assist in the fundraising process by preparing marketing materials and attending investor meetings.

- Work in conjunction with other team members to identify and implement new business development opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field from a top-tier university.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in security firms, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.

- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis software.

- Tendency to work in great details and get to bottom of things

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Able to travel and work on the road

- Able to represent the company professionally

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Fluency in English.

Additional Requirements

- Experience in the automotive, transportation, real estate and infrastructure sector is a plus.

- Experience in security companies or research-focus tasks is a plus

- Knowledge of Vietnamese regulations and business practices is preferred.

- Ability to build relationships with potential investment partners and stakeholder
