Senior Graphic Designer

• Lead the development of creative and brand-focused design concepts, from initial ideas to finished products;

• Collaborate with the design team and other departments to understand project requirements and ensure that products meet brand standards and messaging;

• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs for a wide range of materials, including Key Visual, Banner InApp, Webview, Social Post…;

• Participate in ideation and development of new design products based on Team/ Head of Department requests.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or related fields;

• At least 3 years of experience working in graphic design, with a minimum of 2 years in a Senior Graphic Designer or equivalent role;

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign.

• Ability to drawing, sketching idea, ability to visualize and design from abstract ideas. Proficient in various art styles, including 2D, 3D, realistic, and more.

• Knowledge of animation is a plus.

• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, imagery, and typography;

• Ability to work independently and collaborate well in a team environment;

• Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;

• Excellent communication skills to understand project requirements and effectively convey ideas;

• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines;

• Having strong analytical thinking. Applying practicality to marketing products for the best communication effectiveness.
