Senior EHS Staff

Develop and Implement Safety Procedures:

• Formulating internal regulations, process and measures for assurance of occupational safety and hygiene and fire safety.

• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and propose corrective actions.

Accessing risks and making plans for emergency response:

• Perform risk assessments and safety evaluations of processes, equipment, and working conditions to minimize safety hazards.

• Provide recommendations for corrective actions and emergency response plan.

Safety Training and Awareness:

• Lead and deliver HSE training programs to staff, ensuring all employees are aware of safety standards and protocols.

• Organizing propagation and training in occupational safety and hygiene

• Conduct safety drills and exercises to prepare for emergencies and ensure workers’ preparedness.

Incidents investigation:

• Investigations of safety incidents, accidents, or near misses, identifying root causes and recommending corrective and preventive actions.

• Maintain accurate records of incidents and contribute to continuous improvement processes to prevent recurrence.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with legal regulations regarding health, safety, and environmental matters.

• Maintain and update HSE documentation, including the Occupational health and safety reports reports, audits, safety meetings, and compliance records.

Monitoring and Reporting:

• Collecting and managing information about occupational safety and hygiene at the workplace; organizing occupational environment monitoring to assess harmful factors

• Organizing self-inspection of occupational safety and hygiene;

• Managing and observing the reporting and inspection of machinery, equipment, materials or substances having strict safety and hygiene requirements

• Making emergency scenarios, emergency equipment, providing training in first aid, emergency aid for employees at the company.

Leadership and Collaboration:

• Act as a leader and mentor to junior HSE officer, nurses, offering guidance and technical expertise.

• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, warehouse, maintenance) to ensure HSE objectives align with business goals and project timelines

• And other jobs as assigned from upper management.

• Have professional certificates related to safety, health and environment.

• Prefer have at least 3 years of experience working in manufacturing companies.

• Proficient in using computers, reporting and presenting skills in power point, word, excel, ...

• Can communicate, make report in English.

• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
