Senior E-Commerce Executive - 高级电商运营岗位

1. 广告管理：

- 制定并实施 TikTok 和 Shopee 平台的广告投放计划。

- 跟踪广告效果，分析相关数据。

- 优化广告投放策略，最大限度提升效果，同时提出广告预算优化方案。

1. Advertising Management:

- Develop and implement advertising plans for TikTok and Shopee platforms.

- Monitor ad performance and analyze relevant data.

- Optimize advertising strategies to maximize effectiveness and propose solutions for budget optimization.

2. 店铺建设与优化：

- 设计 TikTok 和 Shopee 店铺界面：建立品牌形象，优化店铺布局和产品展示风格，以提高 TikTok 和 Shopee 平台的转化率。

- 管理产品上架流程：确保产品信息完整、准确且符合平台规定，维护品牌专业形象。

- 分析店铺数据，根据数据调整策略，包括产品优化、定价、促销活动以及增加粉丝数量。

2. Store Development and Optimization:

- Design store interfaces on TikTok and Shopee: establish brand image, optimize store layouts and product display styles to improve conversion rates on TikTok and Shopee platforms.

- Manage the product listing process: ensure product information is complete, accurate, and complies with platform regulations, maintaining a professional brand image.

- Analyze store data and adjust strategies based on the analysis, including product optimization, pricing, promotional activities, and increasing follower count.

* 语言能力：

- 精通英语或中文（优先考虑掌握中文的候选人）。

* Language Skills:

- Proficient in English or Chinese (priority given to candidates proficient in Chinese).

* 工作经验/Work Experience:

- 至少 1-3 年 TikTok 或 Shopee 平台店铺运营经验。

At least 1-3 years of experience in operating TikTok or Shopee platform stores.

- 具备数字营销、社交媒体和内容制作相关知识。

Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.

- 拥有本科或本科以上学历。

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

- 具有 TikTok 和 Shopee 平台广告投放经验，尤其是在美妆护肤品或快速消费品领域。

Experience in advertising on TikTok and Shopee platforms, especially in the beauty, skincare, or fast-moving consumer goods industries.
