Senior Accountant (Logistics)

a. Account Payable:

• Lead an end-to-end purchase-to-pay process

• Perform daily payments to suppliers and manage AP invoices

• Update accounts payable and perform AP reconciliations

• Check VAT input and VAT declaration between CW and hardcopy invoices

b. Manage General Ledgers

• Overseas SG&A expenses. Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are posted.

• Perform monthly cost center allocation.

• Manage Fixed Asset and monthly run depreciation expenses

• Check PIT, VAT, WHT reports to ensure the correct calculation & tax law application

• Prepare balance sheets review and commentaries for outstanding items.

• Assist Chief Accountant in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings, group reporting and VAS financial reports

• Work with auditors and consultants on accounting and tax reports.

• Cash flow management, weekly forecast and reporting daily bank balances.

• Other Ad hoc works as requested by management.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the logistics sector.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.

• Good understanding of VAS and Vietnam Tax system, specifically CIT, VAT, FCT.

• In-depth knowledge of managing general ledgers and accounts payable.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

• Can do attitude and improvement mindset.

• Proactive and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
