Sea Logistics International Supply Chain Manager

You will be leading, directing and optimizing your International Supply Chain (ISC) customer care team to continuously provide customer excellence + sustainable growth across your scope of responsibility. Utilizing your strong forwarding + market knowledge, you will drive service improvement activities to ensure customer satisfaction + service delivery in line with global ISC standards.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• To focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention + growth through high levels of service quality and close collaboration with operational + commercial key stakeholders, along with sea logistics + regional management to optimize the customer experience.

• To own, monitor + drive all ISC development activities.

• To ensure best-in-class customer onboarding.

• To focus on continuous improvement of processes + controls, ensuring complete + correct customer contact data, ensuring high level of data quality + timeliness including customer reporting.

• To actively manage interfaces + the exchange of information, knowledge + data with your team + other stakeholders involved to ensure effective, efficient purchase order + shipment management.

• To ensure delivery against all financial targets + strategic objectives for ISC.

• Bachelor Degree in Economics, Import/ Export, Logistics, or related fields

• At least 08 years working in Sea Logistics with 03 years at similar level;

• International Experience / background – International Management team and customers to manage.

• Excellent communication and influencing/ negotiation skills

• Build up relationship internal and external; highly organized with the ability to wear multiple hats in a fast moving environment and drive performance and build differentiators.

• Solid experiences of sea freight / logistics market and import-export regulations

• Customer Management, stakeholder management (relationship build-up / complaint handling / constructive challenge and support) and ability of managing multiple tasks under time pressure with positive attitude
