SAP Consultant (Fresher)

Role Description:

KPMG Vietnam is looking for 1-2 candidates for the SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant. The main role is to help companies support their employees by implementing applications that reduce workload and improve HR processes.

Work closely with client to consult and design HR process.

Work closely with a team to deliver results for your client.

Maintain a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate.

The employee ensures that works meet the quality standards set internally and as agreed with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the IT Advisory, Technology Enablement (TE) and the SAP implementation engagements;

• Assisting with basic system set-up and configuration based on business requirements, including creating custom fields, workflows, and reports;

• Participating in the implementation process by assisting with data migration, testing, and user training;

• Actively acquiring knowledge of different SuccessFactors modules and best practices through training and self-study;

• Manage and monitor time, self-tasks;

• Deliver the WRICEF (stands for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms), Identify and undertake testing procedures;

• In-charge on any HR function issues as well as coordinate with SAP on any product issues;

• Develop function specification documents and the related documents in the project;

• Provide services on both new implementations and existing support projects;

• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required;

• Directly report to HR Lead.

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users across different levels

• Basic understanding of HR processes and concepts

• Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner

• Willingness and ability to travel to customers and work abroad

• Good at logical thinking and problem solving.

• Good communication in both business language;

• Good at communication in English language is required;
