Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales/Business Development Manager to spearhead our entry into the aerospace and electronics industries in Vietnam. In this role, you will leverage your 3-5 years of experience in the chemical sector to build strategic partnerships, drive sales growth, and establish our presence in these exciting markets. Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, key players, and potential opportunities in the aerospace and electronics sectors in Vietnam.
• Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, suppliers, and industry professionals, to create strategic partnerships that drive sales growth.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business development plans tailored to the aerospace and electronics markets.
• Client Relations: Engage with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that operationalize our value proposition.
• Proposal Management: Lead the preparation of proposals and presentations, effectively communicating our offerings and differentiators to prospective customers.
• Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales metrics, using data-driven insights to adjust strategies as necessary and achieve sales targets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align on offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Experience: 3-5 years of proven sales or business development experience in the chemical industry, ideally with exposure to aerospace or electronics markets.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the chemical distribution landscape, particularly regarding applications in aerospace and electronics.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze market data and trends, using insights to inform decision-making and strategy.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese: Bilingual proficiency is essential for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
