Job Descriptions:
Sales Leadership:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve home loan targets and drive overall growth in the home loan portfolio.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of home loan sales professionals to maximize their potential and performance.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning in the home loan sector.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and strategies that attract new customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions and guidance throughout the home loan process.
Training and Development:
Provide ongoing training and development for team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the team.
Performance Monitoring:
Responsible for achieving home loan sales targets and ensuring that all related products comply with the bank’s regulations.
Manage and oversee the home loan portfolio, monitor performance, and take necessary actions to meet targets.
Set performance targets and KPIs for the home loan sales team, regularly monitoring progress and providing feedback.
Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management on team performance and market trends.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth and accurate loan application process for customer in accordance with the banks’ regulations
Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with home loan sales.
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in home loan sales or mortgage lending, with at least years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong understanding of the home loan market, products, and regulatory environment in Thailand.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data to make informed decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
