As a Business Development Manager in the Business Development Division, you will be responsible for the expansion of the company business by seeking out new business, keeping satisfaction of existing clients, and expanding scope of business with them as well as communicate the advantages of company services with customers, and design suitable solutions to customers’ needs.
- Business Development strategy based on company business strategy;
- Expand business scale with customers, seek for new business, new customers to contribute to achieve total budget of revenue;
- Study market identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events and make suggestion of needful marketing tools.
- Gather market intelligent information.
- Make monthly sales plan to achieve target and make monthly report and pipeline
- Accompany with the subordinates to make regular visit and call to the customer, seek customer demand, hear customer opinion and request.
- Develop Database, Qualify Prospect and make sales call for potential customer;
- Engage and support subordinates when there is any issue or irregularity related to customers;
- Negotiate with concerning parties and get more competitive rate or get good proposal.
- Check monthly cost and try to minimize. Control overtime cost and entertainment fee
- Contract management;
- Evaluate sales performance through sales revenue of BD staffs in division and make propose improvement;
- Manage and develop human resource of Team
- Manage and propose proper number of staffs for each business and team;
- Manage needed training and allocate employee in suitable positions.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education:
Bachelor of in Business Administration/ Economics/ Foreign trade or Marketing/ Sea Transport Economics and other related majors.
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience working in business development/sales in logistics fields
(Working experience in logistics field is advantage).
Skills & Others:
- Korean/Vietnamese and others who can speak Korean fluently
- Excellent communication in English/Korean.
- Good knowledge of logistics field, supply chain management.
- Customer focus mind-set.
- Good Time management and Planning skills.
- Good Problem solving and decision making skills.
