Business Strategy Development:
• Formulate long-term, medium-term, and short-term business strategies in alignment with the company’s investment and business orientation.
• Organize the development of annual, quarterly, and monthly business plans, including strategies, policies, distribution systems, after-sales service, and customer care programs.
• Develop pricing policies, business policies, distribution systems, and market development plans.
• Plan and implement marketing strategies to explore both domestic and international markets.
Business Operations & Monitoring:
• Consolidate and analyze business data related to production volume, sales, market information, and other relevant metrics to formulate action plans for the sales team. Implement solutions to achieve the company's set goals.
• Continuously evaluate the progress and results of business activities and adjust strategies as needed.
• Approve and oversee sales activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Supervise the accounts receivable collection process, resolving issues as they arise during the collection process.
• Organize and implement customer support and care activities. Address customer complaints and resolve escalated issues beyond the authority of subordinates.
Sales Division Management:
• Organize and manage the operations of the Sales Division both in the North and the South, including the implementation, control, and improvement of activities, processes, systems, and department resources.
• Ensure optimal staff allocation in alignment with the Sales Division’s organizational structure.
• Establish and enforce business processes and workflows for the Sales Division.
• Clearly communicate the department's functions and tasks, and provide detailed job descriptions for each team member.
• Develop, seek approval for, and implement key objectives and performance evaluation criteria (KPIs) for the department and its employees. Evaluate staff performance regularly.
• Assign tasks, provide support, and offer guidance to team members.
• Train, mentor, coach, motivate, and develop department staff.
• Oversee and manage departmental assets, equipment, and resources.
• Build, manage, and control the department’s operational budget.
• Continuously improve departmental operations and processes.
Meetings and Reporting:
• Organize and lead sales meetings, and other business-related meetings.
• Develop and submit professional reports and plans as required by the CEO.
• Attend executive meetings and other relevant departmental meetings as requested by the CEO and other departments.
Yêu cầu công việc
• 15+ years of experience in FMCG, chemical, or packaging industries, with a focus on packaging related fields.
• Strong network of relationships in the plastic industry and related sectors (FMCG, F&B, pet food, seafood, agrochemical, etc.).
• Expertise in market data gathering, analysis, and reporting for strategic decision-making.
• Proven ability to drive business growth, develop new opportunities, and manage sales performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a competitive environment.
• Adaptable to changing market conditions, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both written and verbal.
