Sales Assistant Manager (Freight Forwarding)
Job description
- Develop new customers focusing on Vietnamese local companies
- Sales scope will be focusing on ocean freight forwarding business
- Deal, negotiate and secure the contract with customers with ensuring the benefit for the company
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve the requirements of customers
- Maintain good relationship with existing customers and develop new customers to ensure incremental sales by seniority.
- Sales related activities such as submitting quotations, cold calls, cold emails and sending out market intelligence report will be required on daily basis.
- Assist Section Leader to prepare and develop sales and marketing, customer services policies to drive sales and services, development of the customers.
Job requirements
- Graduated from University
- Have 7-10 year experience in Freight forwarding, Logistics company as Sales person
- Experience in Ocean freight is a big advantage
- Good English communication skill
- Business acumen
- Interactive communication skills with stakeholders including customers, carriers and colleagues
- Open-minded work attitude
- Customer service mindset
- Commitments on job task
