Sales Admin Officer
Job description
We are looking for a Sales Admin Officer who is willing to work for Sales Office in HCM and will be mainly responsible for the following duties:
• PO management: receive PO from distributors and proceed on time to adjust delivery schedule.
• PSI management: support to make PSI document for distributors and update sell-in/sell-out/inventory of each distributor.
• Make monthly report: PSI document / Audit document / sales record every month / promotion document.
• Support sales activity: make official letter / contract / agreement letter / make PO.
• Other tasks by Manager assigned.
Job requirements
• Bachelor with major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related major.
• Have 1-3 years of experience in sales – marketing in B2C distribution network/channel.
• Good English communication both verbal and writing.
• Good at MS Office Frequent travelling when required to visit customers.
• Supportive, diligent and optimistic.
