BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
RTM Admin Executive is accountable for delivering objectives thru assignment with key focus areas are:
1. Support to set MCP for sales man
2. On/Off code SR on DMS system, update Target for new Salesman
3. Support Sales Field Manager and Field Sup to do Target setting and review SR Target and sales routes
4. Report (RTM report, ASO Tracking, update KPI for Sales, KPI Sub-channel report, and other ad-hoc report)
5. Collect product quality feedbacks and consolidation
6. Receive request/check data/proposal/get approval for Stock recall from Distributor/Agents
RTM Admin implements above and other expectations in an effective way in order to achieve and achieve over expectation.
Job requirements
• Have experience in RTM admin role
• Able to do analysis and data analytics
• Familiar with DMS, sales system
• University graduation or above (Economic or Business Administration)
• At least 2 to 4 years of experience in the same position (FMCG is a plus)
• Customer Service oriented
