Retail Leasing Senior Manager (Working Time 44 Hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Tenant Acquisition & Retention

- Develop and execute leasing strategies to attract high-quality tenants.

- Maintain strong relationships with current tenants to promote retention and tenant satisfaction.

- Identify and evaluate potential tenants and negotiate lease terms.

• Market Research & Analysis

- Conduct market research to understand trends and competition in the retail sector.

- Analyze customer demographics, foot traffic, and market demands to identify ideal tenant mixes.

- Provide regular market analysis reports to support leasing decisions.

• Lease Negotiation & Documentation

- Manage the full leasing process, from initial inquiry to lease signing.

- Negotiate lease terms, including rental rates, lease duration, and tenant obligations.

- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all lease agreements and legal requirements.

• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams

- Work closely with marketing, legal, finance, and operations teams to align leasing activities with broader business goals.

- Collaborate on promotional strategies to attract target tenants and drive mall traffic.

• Financial & Performance Management

- Track leasing performance metrics, occupancy rates, and revenue targets.

- Prepare and manage budgets related to leasing activities.

- Monitor lease expirations, renewals, and tenant exits to maintain consistent occupancy.

• Bachelor Degree with related major;

• At least 05-year experience in Retail Leasing; especially in categories: Luxury cosmetics, fashion, casual

(Preference for experience with global brands)

• Fluent in English, proficiency in Microsoft Office;

• In-depth knowledge of the current retail field;

• Good negotiation and problem solving skills;

• Ability to work under pressure;

• Number-driven and good management ability of its staff;
