Job description
• Research and Development: Focus on new product development in the food industry, particularly experience with noodle and rice noodle products.
• Quality Improvement: Enhance product quality and technological processes.
• Standards and Specifications: Develop material standards, product standards, and establish technical parameters and production processes.
• Quality Monitoring: Oversee and inspect product quality post-production.
• Production Support: Assist the production department in troubleshooting issues that arise during manufacturing.
• Other Duties: Perform other related tasks as required by the direct supervisor.

Job requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Food Technology, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; Male candidates preferred.
• Skills: Quick learner, diligent, ambitious, and knowledgeable about equipment.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
