Quality Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop inspection and audit plans. • Organize process inspections, document issues, and implement corrective actions as required. • Manage staff competencies at quality control points. • Conduct special on-site environmental tests (e.g., static electricity, cleanliness). • Inspect production sites and peripheral areas and improve identified defects. • Plan and execute special initiatives to enhance process quality based on 5M1E methodology.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Electrical, Automation, or Technology-related fields. • Language: Basic proficiency in Chinese is preferred. • Experience: Minimum 3 years in quality engineering or quality management roles. • High sense of responsibility and professionalism. • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office). • Strong logical thinking, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Familiarity with comprehensive quality management knowledge and tools like QC tools, SPC, MSA, 8D, and others. • Understanding of quality management systems and strong evaluation skills. • Certification in Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) is a plus.
