Quality Assurance Staff
Job description
General Responsibilities:
• Ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Monitor and control processes, instructions, and forms related to quality standards.
• Prepare for and respond to customer QMS audits, ensuring compliance with required standards.
• Manage key performance indicators (KPIs), process management indicators (PMI), and targets to ensure continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Management System (QMS) Control:
• Monitor and ensure alignment with organizational targets through PMI and KPI management.
• Utilize fundamental knowledge of quality tools such as CPk, MSA, control plans, and PFMEA to ensure process accuracy and efficiency.
• Advantage: Knowledge in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) is preferred.
2. Training Management:
• Plan and manage training schedules for quality assurance personnel.
• Maintain and control training records and certification documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
3. Project Management:
• Review and assess new items, including drawings and specifications, ensuring they meet quality
standards.
• Oversee the qualification of new products and new measuring equipment, particularly NDT machines and related equipment.
• Prepare and manage Product Quality Plans and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation.
• Advantage: Knowledge in NDT is a plus for project management roles.
4. Non-Conformance (NC) Control:
• Monitor and control Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Report and identify nonconforming products, working to minimize their impact and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Job requirements
• 2-3 year experiences at least.
• College or University graduation in relevant major.
• Good English skill (Speaking + Listening + Writing and Reading).
• Basic understanding of quality assurance tools such as CPk, MSA, control plans, and PFMEA.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and audits simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional coordination and customer interactions.
• Experience with QMS audits and training management.
• Preferred: Knowledge in NDT (Non-Destructive Testing).
• Previous experience in quality management or quality control in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with the application of NDT techniques and equipment.
