We invite highly motivated, dynamic professionals to join our fast-growing Digital & Innovation Consulting practice.
In this role, you will together with the team:
Administration — Project Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, such as project plans, timelines, and status reports. — Task Management: Help track and manage project tasks, deadlines, and dependencies. — Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule project meetings, including sending out invitations and preparing agendas.
— Communication: Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients through various channels (email, phone, video conferencing). — Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and files.
Research and Reporting — Research: Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and potential solutions to project challenges. — Risk Management: Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks. — Problem-Solving: Help troubleshoot issues and find solutions to problems that arise during the project. — Reporting: Prepare regular project reports, including progress updates and key performance indicators. — Budget Tracking: Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring they are within allocated limits
Yêu cầu công việc
About experience and knowledge candidate should have: — 0-2 years of experience in project management or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. — Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Jira, Planner), and communication tools (e.g., Teams, Slack). — Experience in working with corporate clients and in participating/running complex digital transformation programs (e.g., business, processes, technology, new business model implementation) — Experience with agile, waterfall project management (SCRUM certified is a plus) and apply project management tools or related experience to manage projects of developing/implementing digital solutions. — Experience in delivering B2B enterprise solutions (Oracle, Microsoft, SAP, etc.) is a plus. — Entrepreneurial and innovation experience (in startups, innovation projects, etc) or/and products applying emerging technologies with understanding of how innovation methodologies are applied in practice from problem identifications to product launch, is a plus.
About the personal skills candidates should have: — Strong organizational and time management skills — Meticulous attention to detail — Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities — Excellent written and verbal communication skills — Willing to learn and explore innovative technologies and solutions — Be a highly driven, autonomous, resilient, and team player with a strong work ethic. — Flexible working in an agile way, fuzzy situations, and multicultural environment with international experience (abroad or foreign companies in Vietnam)
