Project Legal Assistant Manager - Real Estate

• Project: Lotte Eco Smart City Thu Thiem/ LOTTE PROPERTIES HCMC CO.,LTD

• The job objective is to:

- Ensure the Project is in compliance with the current laws and regulations during each Project stage

- Provide legal risk management measures and ensure the necessary approvals/permits will be granted for the Project by the competent authorities

• Key tasks and responsibilities will include:

- Review and interpret articles/clauses in laws and regulations relevant to all matters during each Project stage

- Research market practice related to legal procedures

- Provide legal opinions on the Company's decisions based on both laws/regulations and

the market practice, and propose the most optimum measures for the Company

- Review and appraise legal documents of the Company and the Project, including contracts, agreements, certificates, etc.

- Other tasks and duties assigned by the General Director and the team leader

• Bachelor's in related field (Degree in law preferred)

• At least 3 years' experience in project legal work

(Legal experience in real estate projects where actual project development has been undertaken is preferred)

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Excellent research skills and timely documentation and reporting skills

• Excellent communication and writing skills in English
