Project Architect

• Work with and report daily to the Project Manager and/or Project Architect

• Drafting comprehensive drawing sets from concept through construction documents

• Technical detailing & construction administration experience, with the ability to resolve design issues in a creative and pragmatic way by developing multiple design options that meet the project budget and design approach

Có kinh nghiệm về Chi tiết kỹ thuật & quản lý xây dựng, khả năng giải quyết các vấn đề thiết kế một cách sáng tạo và thực tế bằng cách phát triển nhiều phương án thiết kế đáp ứng ngân sách dự án và phương pháp thiết kế.

• Strong ability to prepare, develop and edit drawings and models as they relate to the Project

Mạnh về kỹ năng chuẩn bị, phát triển và chỉnh sửa bản vẽ, mô hình liên quan đến dự án

• Good conceptual and design skills, with aesthetic flair

Có kỹ năng thiết kế và lên ý tưởng, có khiếu thẩm mỹ

• Excellent communication skills, basic English

Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, tiếng anh cơ bản

• Excellent ability in AutoCAD,SketchUp, Revit and Corona render, Enscape, Lumion,…

Có kỹ năng dựng bản vẽ 3D trên AutoCAD,SketchUp, Revit và Corona render, Enscape, Lumion,…

• Excellent ability Adobe suite such as: Photoshop, illustrator, In design… is a plus.

*** Experience and qualifications:

• Professional qualification as an Architect or an equivalent overseas qualification

• 3+ years of professional experience in all phases of the design process: conceptual, detail and design development, construction documents, and construction administration with site supervision
