Production Supervisor (Trưởng Ca Sản Xuất)

1. Arrange production lines, manpower, and materials according to the established or adjusted production plan, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. Deploy production following production orders.

2. Responsible for monitoring the delivery, receipt, and use of materials, finished goods, packaging, and recycling products in accordance with the Production order and bill of materials.

3. Cooperate with the Maintenance department to execute autonomous and preventive maintenance plans, ensuring production lines and equipment are ready for production and ensuring product quality.

4. Cooperate with the Quality and R&D departments to update changes in equipment and production process parameters, ensuring product quality meets customer requirements.

5. Closely monitor production activities during the working shift to ensure employees comply with Company regulations, procedures, instructions, and standards for Production, HSE, and Quality.

6. Report production results at the end of the working shift and clearly handover work to the next shift Foreman/Vice Foreman, including details on production status such as quantity of finished goods, product quality, quantity of materials, status of production lines and equipment, safety, etc.

7. Responsible for overall activities assigned by the Company related to production and safety during off-hours (night shift) and weekends (Saturday, Sunday).

8. Report and investigate root causes of non-conformities, incidents related to HSE, product quality, and operating procedures/process parameters in production during the working shift.

9. Participate in trial production of new products.

10. Execute improvements in production processes, workplace safety, environmental hygiene, and 5S.

11. Update and communicate to employees in the working shift information, regulations, and instructions from the Company and departments.

12. Conduct training for new employees and those changing positions, ensuring they understand the requirements from policies, regulations, guidelines, procedures, and instructions assigned by the Company and functional departments.

• Bachelor’s degree in science, Chemical Technical Management, Industrial Management, or Engineering.

• Strong knowledge of PVC processing or equivalent processes.

• Well-understood principles of safety management systems.

• Strong understanding of quality-production management systems.

• Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies and tools, such as 5S, 5W, problem-solving, Pareto analysis, Six Sigma, SPC, OEE, etc.

• Knowledge of HSEQ systems and basic handling of chemicals.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
