Production Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Fully responsible for the daily management of the module workshop, organizing and arranging production plans within the department, monitoring the implementation and completion of tasks, ensuring timely communication and feedback to guarantee on-time delivery of orders. • Responsible for establishing and improving various production management systems and workflows in the workshop, as well as organizing the implementation of evaluation systems. • Accountable for production planning tasks and improving performance in areas such as safe production, quality management, efficiency management, energy-saving production management, on-site 5S management, team building, and other related tasks. • Reasonably allocate personnel to ensure normal production operations in the workshop; anticipate key position needs and recruit or prepare management-level personnel based on the production plan. • Responsible for training, guiding, mentoring, motivating subordinates, and promoting the development of workshop culture. • Handle various employee complaints and coordinate relationships between frontline and support departments. • Oversee the control of various costs and expenses in the department, manage fixed assets and tools in the workshop, and ensure inventory is consistent with records and materials. • Communicate and implement company and departmental-related documentation. • Responsible for departmental functions, including quality, departmental and project-related topics, engineering technology, and process optimization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Electronics, or a related field; • Chinese speaking required; • Over 3 years of relevant production experience and more than 2 years in a management role within the same industry; • Basic knowledge of production management, lean manufacturing, human resource management, statistical finance, and proficiency in operating office software, etc. • Prefered experience in TV screen/display, or Consumer Electronics manufacturing processes.
