PRODUCTION MANAGER (Experienced in Plastic Raw Materials)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for management of production team and other related teams at the small factory.

• Manage, lead, and organize personnel to perform specialized tasks, ensuring timely completion, productivity, quality, adherence to regulations, and safety in the factory's production activities.

• Timely prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports for the Board of Directors to support effective management decisions.

• Effectively implement factory management systems (ISO 9001, 5S, etc.).

• Oversee the QA/QC department's operations for the entire factory.

• Establish and monitor a system for inspecting and controlling the input and output quality of the factory.

• Ensure the achievement and exceeding of set production plans.

• Manage the monthly production material planning.

• Establish and monitor a system for inspecting and controlling the input and output quality of the factory.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Company's leadership.

• Education: Bachelor's degree.

• Experience: At least 4 years of experience as a Production Manager.

• Experience in plastic materials (basic or engineering plastic)

• Knowledge of color formula for plastic granules.

• Good at English skills both verbal and written.
