Production Assistant Manager (BUL Relief as the name in Michelin)

Job Overview: The Production Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring and enhancing the overall performance of the service to meet the objectives (SMQDC) set with the plant director. This role involves training and coaching personnel to address development needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Deliver products in accordance with the Production Plan, ensuring economic efficiency and meeting customer requirements.

• Align job roles and competencies with current needs, fostering team responsibility (OR).

• Maintain positive industrial relations with all subordinates, addressing employee relations issues and grievances to sustain high levels of motivation and productivity.

• Implement progress strategies, best practices, and tools to enhance process and entity performance.

• Enforce Company Safety Rules and promote the “Share and Care” culture.

• Oversee cost-effective and timely production that meets specifications and quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with all Company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, and communicate these within the team.

• Implement and execute ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements where applicable.

• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Working Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Manufacturing Management.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Management.

• Proven experience in leading a team of more than 5 employees.
