Production Assistant

• Support Production Manager in managing the production operation.

• Arrange, collaborate with relevant team members and supervise the production activities are executed smoothly and efficiently and meet targets.

• Monitor production plans on day-to-day operations, optimize resource utilization, and maintain safety standards.

• Involve and make decisions that directly impact product quality or common targets.

• In charge of Data controllers’ group in relation to data collection and analysis for production reports and payroll calculations as well as traceability.

• Participate in new product trials and documentation implementation or engineering changes.

• Other jobs as assigned by superiors.

• Have a University degree or above, must be proficient in MS Office.

• Have knowledge of ERP systems, inventory control, BOMs, and engineering changes.

• Strong supervision skill, good verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English, as well as organization and time-management skills.

• Ability to read part drawings and familiarity with basic measurement methods is preferred.

• Experience and knowledge of working in an electronics manufacturing environment are preferred.

• Resourceful and able to solve problems in a structured and logical manner. Punctuality, professionalism, and a positive, collaborative attitude at work.

• Keen attention to detail, honesty, carefulness, dynamic, enthusiastic, willing to learn.

• Motivated and calm, with the ability to work under high pressure.

* Work from Monday to Friday, Saturday morning, 5.5 days a week.
