Product Proposition Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business monitoring and management

• Well-collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations, system and process.

• Closely manage external partnerships to ensure effective communication, fair insurance product delivery and optimal customer experience.

• Frequently monitor, manage the business performance against efficiency, net income, claim management, customer awareness and customer satisfaction during and beyond insurance life cycle.

• Initiate to enhance business performance; to optimize business operations, system and process based on business needs.

2. Business initiative implementation

• Manage & handle a holistic project of new product/process development (include but not limited to project initiation, implementation plan development, resource planning, stakeholder R&R, financial impact,… with regular reviews & checkpoints) & ensure the delivery project's goals and milestones.

• Work closely with internal finance team to ensure efficient CBA (Cost Benefit Analysis) per initiative with sensitivity analysis and scenario analysis.

• Foresee and estimate the potential risks on existing products & provide mitigation actions corresponding.

• Prepare the presentation for Product Approval Process & provide clean and clear information for sign-off procedure.

3. Others:

• Share new learning & provide advice / guidance on product areas in the market.

• Oversight existing product portfolio for any enhancement implementation to adapt with new regulations & market trends.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking, Finance.

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Project Management skills.

• Good at presentation, negotiation, communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

• Experience in process optimization, business partnership management is preferrable.

• Experience in tracking record of new product development to launch is an advantage.

• Business analysis skills; ability to interpret / analyze data and apply to deliver P&L

• English is a must.
