Product Development Coordinator

Location: Office-based in Thao Dien, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Type: Full Time

Four Hands, a leader in lifestyle home furnishings, is looking for a Product Development Coordinator to join our team and actively engage with US-based design teams and International sourcing teams. Providing the communication around brand developments along with customer-requested data (product information).

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

- Assist in managing existing and new developments with key vendors in Vietnam.

- Assist in managing all aspects of product development, ranging from implementation of conception to completion.

- Able to multi-task multiple projects and ensure on-time completion of quality developments.

- Coordinate with Technical team to complete internal product/transit testing during the development process to ensure product specifications are met.

- Coordinate with Supply Chain team to ship the samples in a timely manner

- Coordinate with compliance and testing teams, understand and communicate international compliance regulations to local vendors

- Request quotes/CBMs and various product information for vendors within a given timeline.

- Track the product development status on our tracking web-based application to maintain accurate records of production activities and progress.

- Inspect new samples, take photos, check measurements and compile reports to send through to the Product Development Manager.

- Ensure detailed product descriptions are entered into our product information management system.

- Maintain our internal swatch library.

- Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors and internal teams.

- Offen visit vendors/factories onsite in Binh Duong, Long An, Dong Nai, Binh Dinh and other provinces would be required.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience or a similar role, preferably in the furniture industry.

• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (English proficiency required)

• Ability to work independently and take initiative, while maintaining flexible in a fast-based agile environment.

• Proficiency in production management software and tools.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
