Process Engineer / Manufacturing Process Engineer

Role Overview:

As a Process Engineer or Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will play a key role in

designing, implementing, and optimizing systems and equipment used in our manufacturing

facilities. Your responsibilities will span from testing and monitoring equipment to updating

current processes and conducting risk assessments to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to develop and improve manufacturing processes.

• Establish safety procedures for working with hazardous materials and equipment.

• Develop methods for separating components of gases and liquids or generating

electrical currents.

• Design and plan equipment layouts to optimize efficiency and workflow.

• Perform tests and monitor process performance throughout production cycles.

• Troubleshoot issues related to manufacturing processes and propose solutions.

• Evaluate processes and equipment for compliance with environmental and safety

regulations.

• Estimate production costs and contribute to budget planning.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process

Engineering, or a related field.

• Acknowledge, experience on Build up MEMS, Substrate Fabrication is perferable.

• Solid understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, or

similar) is a plus.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges.

• Basic knowledge of environmental and safety regulations is preferred.
