Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsibility to process engineer in review specification from customer & update in system

2. Setup and prepare for NPI loading, summary report

3. Implement and register tooling/material in system

4. Management machine recipe/ parameter

5. Co-work with related department to solver quality problem in line

6. Conduct technical meeting and implement the actionable

7. Process improvement as quality improvement, cycle time, productivity

8. Create new recipe for machine and DOE process condition Process experience priority: SMT, Mold, Sputter…

9. Failure analysis in the process to make corrective action

10. Yield rate improvement, UPH activity, SOP creation

11. Take care yield rate, new supplier quality

12. Get training form other site, machine/material supplier

13. Train and mentor for junior staff

1. Educational background:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field

2. Experiences:

• More than 3 years of working experience

3. Skills:

• Strong understanding of process control

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

4. Other requirements

• Good at English communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
