POSITION DESCRIPTION
Be responsible for organizing and reporting Plant tours at Bien Hoa & Long Thanh factory, offline and online communication activities for different types of customers; operating communication channels to ensure operational effectiveness, thus contributing to the Company's communication activities, and products, supporting the Company's business
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
A. PLANT TOUR ACTIVITIES:
1. MC/ presenter:
• Greet visitors with enthusiasm and hospitality, share factory’s information, agenda of tour activity and rules for them.
• Perform the role of presenter to share company information, company products and other information.
• Answer questions of visitor related to company & products in the specified knowledge.
2. Tour guide:
• Greet visitors with enthusiasm and hospitality, share factory’s information and rules for them.
• Guide visitors to visit areas around factories.
• Assist company business.
• Assist preparing demo tasting activity.
3. Outsourcing services management:
• Manage outsourcing staff to assist plant tour activities.
• Training outsourcing staff to assist with work during plant tours and other support jobs.
4. Asset and equipment management:
• Assets and equipment management of PR departments in factories.
• Follow and report the maintenance, repair and purchase proposal of relevant facilities, equipment; in order to ensure the best operation of tour activities.
• Display and update products in the display areas.
B. ONLINE ACTIVITIES:
1. Virtual Tour as webinar:
a) MC/ presenter:
• Introduce generally the agenda of online tour activity.
• Perform the role of presenter to share company information, company products and other information.
b) Tour guide:
• Guide visitors to visit areas around factories via VR Tour 3D/360 system.
• Answer questions of visitor related to company & products in the specified knowledge.
c) VR Tour 3D/360 system management:
• Follow and update information, images, videos in VR Tour 3D/360 system
• Follow and update links to buy products on E-commerce channels in VR Tour 3D/360 system.
d) Tour organizing connection:
• Contact schools, organizations to introduce the agenda of online tour activity.
• Perform preparatory activities in online tour organization.
2. Online tour through livestream activity:
• Prepare script content and interactive questions for MC in livestream.
• Prepare recording equipment, check & arrange filming angle.
• Write media articles about livestream activities on owned fanpage/group.
• Perform the role of presenter, tour guide in livestream.
• Operate and interact with audiences throughout the livestream.
3. Online cooking class activity:
• Prepare kitchen utensils for each class, check & arrange camera angles
• Support chef to prepare, arrange and photograph food ingredients.
• Operate and interact with audiences throughout the livestream.
4. Online communication activities via Facebook fanpages and Zalo channel:
• Support writing articles, designing images for media content on owned Facebook fanpages and Zalo channel.
• Support to interact and respond customers on owned Facebook fanpages and Zalo channel.
• Administrator owned Facebook fanpages and Zalo channel.
• Implement activities to attract new followers, encourage customers to interact on owned Facebook fanpages and Zalo channel.
C. BUSINESS SUPPORT ACTIVITIES AND ASV (Ajinomoto Group Creating Shared Value)
1. Communication activity with organizations nationwide:
• Contact Women's Association, and organizations to communicate about the Company, products, activities/projects that the Company is implementing such as Zalo Official Account, and MCP (Marketing & Communication Program),...
• Contact Women's Association, organizations, and schools to coordinate and organize mobile tour activities at their locations to communicate about the Company, products...
2. Sales support activities for organizations and canteens:
• Contact organizations and relationships network to introduce, connect for Sales Department, and sell products to agencies, organizations, and canteens...
• Post product introductions on social networks to support sales activities.
• Support sales activities of "măm măm" products for organizations and consumers.
D. MONTHLY REPORT FOR MANAGEMENT LEVELS:
1. Plant Tour activities
2. Online activities
3. Business support activities and ASV (Ajinomoto Group Creating Shared Value)
4. Expense and budget of activities
5. New ideas, improvement activities
6. Inventory, fixed asset management, and other reports
Yêu cầu công việc
• Male, aged 22 to 30;
• Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Economics, Tourism, Sservices, Tourguide, customer care or other related fields;
• Proficient in English;
• Agile, friendly, enthusiastic at work.
