Planning Lead - NPI (New Production Introduction)

Own and facilitate the execution of the end to end planning process according to the global Heineken standard and ensures that all new product innovations are launched OTIF at an optimum cost.

Leads NPI projects and manages cross-functional communication, drives decision-making, risk mitigation and feasibility checks, while balancing against the existing product/NPI portfolio

Manages relevant stakeholders in a way that builds structural and effective engagement in the NPI process

Translate different NPI volume scenarios into Supply Chain impact (e.g. capacity bottlenecks) from an end to-end Supply Chain and cost point of view

Identifies gaps between actual and required performance and discusses and updates planning parameters accordingly (NPI OTIF).

Initiates, implements and embeds improvements to production and supply planning processes and procedures and supports TPM initiatives.

Be a pillar member to implement and drive improvements

Communicates and influences the relevant stakeholders on the various plans and their impact.

Ensures all relevant data for the S&OP process is delivered timely, complete and accurately, in line with the Heineken standard data sets.

Monitors data quality and proposes corrective actions in case of deviations;

• University Degree, master degree/MBA is preferred

• 5-7 years of experience in Business, preferably in FMCG

• Experience in Business Planning, Project Management or Agile methodology

• Knowledge of the commercial and supply chain processes

• High level understanding of Business case, cost elements, NPV, Capex & Opex drivers

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to influence, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships

• Financially and analytical literate

• English proficiency: Advanced
